Pre-heat Oven to 325 degrees
Grease and put parchment paper on the bottom of your jelly roll pan. I used a 15 x 10 pan which I will link below.
Wisk together the eggs, almond milk, apple sauce and vanilla extract then add in the chocolate almond flour mix.
Fold in the desired amount of chocolate chips and mix to incorporate.
Pour the batter into the jelly roll pan and smooth out.
Bake for 15 min.
Cool completely on your kitchen counter to complete the baking process. Once the cake is fully cool leave in the pan and place in the freezer. I would recommend overnight, at the least two hours so that the cake is hardened when you cut out the layers.
