Mont Blanc Parfait

To make the Chestnut Topping
- 1 Can Chestnut Paste should be around 400-500g
- 1 8 oz Container Mascarpone
- Piping Bag with Large Start Tip
Rest of the Parfait
- 2 Cups Coco Whip I like to use So Delicious
- 8 Whole Vanilla Sugar Cookies
- 16 Pieces Candied Chestnuts
- ½ Cup Red Wine Caramel or Rasberry Jam
- Gold Leaf or Glitter
- 8 Glasses
To make the Chestnut Topping
To Assemble the Parfait
Lay out all 8 glasses on a table and fill the bottom with one cookie.
Dot the cookie with the red wine caramel or jam and place one candied chestnut on top.
Top the chestnut with a couple spoons of coco whip and then pipe the chestnut topping on top.
Garnish with another candied chestnut and some gold flakes
Repeat all the steps for each glass.
