Ingredients

French Toast

  • 2 Slices Gluten Free Sourdough Bread
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Scoop Collagen
  • ¼ Cashew Milk
  • ½ Teaspoon Earl Grey Tea Leave Powder Place in Coffee Grinder to make Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Ghee

Garnishes

  • Maple Syrup
  • Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Fresh Figs

Instructions

  • Place the egg, collagen, cashew milk, earl grey powder in a shallow bowl and mix until fully combined.  
  • Dip each slice of bread in the batter until both slices have absorbed all of the batter.
  • In a fry pan melt half of the vanilla ghee over low heat.  Fry the first slice until golden brown.  About two minutes on each side.  Repeat with the second slice.
  • To serve, dust with vanilla protein powder and drizzle with maple syrup.  Add some fresh figs on the side.
