French Toast
- 2 Slices Gluten Free Sourdough Bread
- 1 Egg
- 1 Scoop Collagen
- ¼ Cashew Milk
- ½ Teaspoon Earl Grey Tea Leave Powder Place in Coffee Grinder to make Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Ghee
Garnishes
- Maple Syrup
- Vanilla Protein Powder
- Fresh Figs
Place the egg, collagen, cashew milk, earl grey powder in a shallow bowl and mix until fully combined.
Dip each slice of bread in the batter until both slices have absorbed all of the batter.
In a fry pan melt half of the vanilla ghee over low heat. Fry the first slice until golden brown. About two minutes on each side. Repeat with the second slice.
To serve, dust with vanilla protein powder and drizzle with maple syrup. Add some fresh figs on the side.
