This Meyer Lemon French 75 with Elderflower Syrup is the perfect cocktail to serve during the busy holiday season. It’s a little floral, a little sour, a little sweet with lots of bubbles.
Please the dried elderflower in a large pot and top with hot water. Let steep for about 5 minutes. Drain out the flowers and add in the cane sugar. Stir until fully dissolved and pour in a glass container.
In a tall champagne glass squeeze the meyer lemon juice and top with the elderflower syrup, St Germain and champagne. Garnish with meyer lemon zest and herbs.
