These Adobo Sliders are perfect to serve during the Superbowl. The patties are flavored with adobo sauce and garnished with some homemade pickled vegetables.

For the Pandesal use The Little Epicurean's Recipe. If you don't want to make your own bread you can just buy a dozen mini burger buns or hawaiian rolls

For the Adobo Patties
  • 1 Pound Grass Fed Beef, or Chicken or Pork
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Aminos
  • 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Diced Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Garnishes and Condiments
  • 1 Cup Cilantro Leaves
  • Mayonnaise
  1. Make the pandesal using The Little Epicurean's Recipe.

Make the Adobo Patties
  1. In a large bowl place all the ingredients in except for the olive oil.  Mix well and form into 8 equal mini patties. 

  2. Heat up a skillet on high heat.  Sear each side of the pattie for 1 to 2 minutes each depending on how you like your burgers done.

To Serve
  1. Place the patties on a platter along side the buns, atchara, cilantro and mayo.  Have your guests build their own perfect Adobo Sliders.
