CBD Frosting

  • ½ Cup Chocolate Frosting
  • 1-2 ML CBD Oil depending on how much you need

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees and spray loaf tin with coconut spray and line with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl place the almond flour, cacao powder, and salt. Whisk until fully blended - set aside.
  • In a separate bowl place the melted chocolate, almond butter, melted ghee, egg, date syrup, vanilla paste and nut milk. Whisk until fully blended.
  • Pour in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredient bowl and mix well with a spatula.
  • Scoop the batter out of the bowl into the lined loaf tin. Spread out evenly and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Cool in the tin for 10 minutes to set and then take out and fully cool the brownies on a wire rack. You can even cook this the night before and leave to cool overnight on the counter.
  • While the brownies are cooling down mix your dosage of CBD oil into the chocolate frosting
  • Once the brownies have fully cooled down frost with the chocolate frosting and sprinkle some chocolate flakes on top.  Cut into 8 squares and chill.

Notes

I like using these brands of dairy free milk:
Califa
Ripple Foods
You can purchase Filipino chocolate made in the US from Oodaalloly.
And my favorite Vegan Butter to Use is from Miyoko's Kitchen.
