- 16 oz Grated Cassava
- 1 Can Full Fat Coconut Milk
- 3 Eggs
- ½ Cup Date Syrup
- ½ Cup Shredded Cheese
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and spray two 8 inch cake tins with coconut oil.
Mix everything in a bowl except for the shredded cheese. Pour into the cake tins and then sprinkle the cheese on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool fully in the tin. Cut into equal pieces.
