Ingredients

  • 16 oz Grated Cassava
  • 1 Can Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ Cup Date Syrup
  • ½ Cup Shredded Cheese

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and spray two 8 inch cake tins with coconut oil.
  • Mix everything in a bowl except for the shredded cheese. Pour into the cake tins and then sprinkle the cheese on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool fully in the tin. Cut into equal pieces.
