Iced Salabat (Iced Ginger Tea) Recipe

Super easy Iced Salabat (Iced Ginger Tea) recipe using fresh Ginger and lots of ice.  It’s the perfect refreshing drink on a hot summers day.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Inches Fresh Ginger Sliced
  • 1 Stalk Lemongrass Smashed and Cut In Half
  • 4 Cups Water

Instructions

  • Put everything in a sauce pan and bring up to a rapid boil. Turn off the heat and cool to room temperature. Serve with ice and keep the rest in a pitcher in the fridge. You can keep topping it up with water until you no longer taste the ginger.
