Mangorind Dark and Stormy Mocktail
This Dark and Stormy Mocktail is inspired by a Filipino candy made with dried sweet mangoes and tamarind. The drink is topped off with Ginger Beer, which makes it outright refreshing.
Servings: 1 Mocktail
Ingredients
- 1 Teaspoon Tamarind Paste
- Lots of Ice
- Splash of Mango Juice
- Splash of Ginger Beer
- Slice of Lime
- Mint
Instructions
- Spoon the Tamarind paste in the bottom of the glass. Then fill the glass to the top with ice. Depending on if you want it on the sweeter side or spicy side add the mango juice and ginger beer to your liking. Garnish with a lime and mint.
Notes
To make it a traditional Dark and Stormy add 1-2 oz of Dark Rum.
