How to Make Cold Brew Coffee Granita

This refreshing Cold Brew Coffee Granita is made with coconut water and flavored with pandan leaves.  It’s a nice cool treat for the last hot days of summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 Liter Coconut Water
  • ¼ Cup Ground Coffee
  • 8-10 6 inch Pandan Leaves
  • ¼ Cup Coconut milk

Instructions

  • Pour the coconut water and ground coffee in a jug and leave in the refrigerator overnight. The next day mix well and then pour the cold brew in a shallow container and freeze. Use a fork to scrape and make the granita. Serve with some coconut milk on top.

Notes

Note:  If you are using a shave ice machine, pour the cold brew into the molds provided, then put in the machine and shave it straight into a cup.
