½a cantaloupe that has been cut into cubes and frozen
1Cupfrozen mango chunks
1Frozen banana
Juice and rind of one lime
Handful of mint
A half inch of fresh grated ginger
¼cupcoconut water
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or high powered blender until smooth (about 2-3 minutes depending on the strength of your machine.) It can be served right away or stored in the freezer for up to a week. So easy!!
