Melon Mint Sorbet
Easy Ginger Mint Melon Mango Sorbet
  • 1/2 a cantaloupe that has been cut into cubes and frozen
  • 1 Cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • Juice and rind of one lime
  • Handful of mint
  • A half inch of fresh grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor or high powered blender until smooth (about 2-3 minutes depending on the strength of your machine.) It can be served right away or stored in the freezer for up to a week. So easy!!
