Cold Brew Minty Coconut Latte

Minty Cold Brew Coconut Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 Liter Pure Coconut Water make sure there are no added sugars in it
  • ¼ cup ground coffee
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop collagen I use Vital Proteins Marine Collagen
  • ¼ cup coconut milk I like to use this as it gives it a nice roasted coconut flavor
  • 1 Cup Ice

Instructions

  • Pour the coconut water into a pitcher and drop in the ground coffee, mix well until you see the coconut water turn brown. Place in the fridge overnight to steep.
  • Grab a blender and using a strainer to catch the coffee grinds pour in 8oz of your cold brew, add in the mint leaves, hemp seeds, collagen, coconut milk and Ice. Blend until it becomes nice and smooth. Pour into a cold glass with crushed ice and top with extra mint leaves. Enjoy!
  • You can make about 4 cups of the latte with the cold brew mixture. If you are making all four servings all at once quadruple the quantities from the mint leaves on wards. You can also leave out the hemp seeds and collagen if you do not have those ingredients in your pantry.
