Matcha and Strawberry Chia Cup
Matcha Strawberry Chia Cups
  • 1 Cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia
  • 1 Teaspoon matcha
  • 1/4 Teaspoon almond extract
  • Handful of strawberries diced
  1. Place coconut milk and maple syrup in a bowl and mix to take out lumps add in the chia seeds and mix well and place in refrigerator overnight to bloom.
  2. To serve place half the chia pudding in a separate bowl and mix in the matcha, after fully incorporated add in the almond extract.  Layer the matcha and coconut pudding in a cup and place diced strawberries on top.  Serves 4.
