A healthy and easy recipe for paleo granola using walnut oil and date syrup.

  • 1/4 Cup Walnut Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Date Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Cardamom
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 2 1/2 Cup Mixed Nuts
  • 1/2 Cup Hemp Seeds
  • 4 Pieces Chopped Dates
  1. Pre-Heat Oven to 300 Degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  3. Pour on to the lined pan and spread to make an even layer.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes until the nuts are golden brown.

  5. Remove from the oven and allow the paleo granola to fully cool down.

  6. Break into chunks and store in an airtight container up to 3 weeks.

Recipe Notes

I used a mix of walnuts, almonds, cashews and pistachio for this paleo granola.  You can use any nuts you wish.
