Place all the powders in a small bowl and mix well. Add in the MCT oil and blend until it's fully incorporated.
Place the rice in a large bowl and place next to the stove. In a medium sauce pan add in all the marshmallows and the MCT oil mix. Turn the heat up to medium/low to melt the marshmallows slowly. You have to watch it so it doesn't burn.
Once the marshmallows have melted into the oil mix well and then dump it over the brown rice. Use a wooden spoon to mix well and fast. Once all the rice is coated with the marshmallow mix pour in the pan and press down to flatten the treats to make them even.
Cool in the pan for about an hour and then loosen them and cut in to squares or rectangles.
Melt some pearl butter and either dip or drizzle on the top. Top with sprinkles and corn flowers. Let the butter set and then serve!
