Super Simple Almond Gelato
All you need is some almond flour and date syrup and you have got super simple Almond Gelato. Serve it with some fruit on the side for the perfect summer time treat.

- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- ½ Cup Date Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Paste
- 1 Teaspoon Almond Extract
- ¼ Teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
- 2 Cups Filtered Water
- Ice Cream Maker Optional
Place the almond flour, date syrup, vanilla, almond extract and salt in a food processor. Blend until it comes together into a ball about one minute
Add in two cups of filtered water and process until its was fine and smooth.
If you have an ice cream maker you can pour it in and mix it until it gets to that soft serve ice cream texture. If not you can just place it in a container. I like using a loaf tin and just mix it every 30 minutes until it sets.
