  • 12 oz Super Soft Silky Tofu
  • 6 Pitted Dates
  • 1/2 Cup Boiling Hot Water
  • 1/2 Cup Date Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup White Chia Seeds
  • 3 Cups Coconut Water
Bloom the Chia Seeds First
  1. Place the chia seeds and coconut water in a large bowl and mix well.  Cover and place in the refrigerator to bloom.  It should take about 30 minutes, however I would recommend doing this overnight.  Set Aside.

Make the Date Puree
  1. Place the pitted dates and boiling water in a small bowl.  Let the dates soak in the hot water until it has cooled down to room temperature.  Pour it all in a blender and blend until smooth.  Set Aside.

To Serve
  1. Equally distribute the chia seeds in each of the six cups and do the same with the date puree and date syrup.  Layer on the tofu in equal amounts and add more date syrup to the top.  You can serve it either warm or cold depending on the weather and what you feel like.
