Homemade Elderflower Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Elderflowers
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 Tablespoons Cane Sugar
Meyer Lemon French 75 with Elderflower Syrup
- 1 Meyer Lemon Wedge
- ½ oz Elderflower Syrup
- 1 oz St. Germaine
- 3 oz Champagne
Garnishes
- Lemon Zest
- Sage Leaves
- Mint Flowers
Elderflower Syrup
Please the dried elderflower in a large pot and top with hot water. Let steep for about 5 minutes. Drain out the flowers and add in the cane sugar. Stir until fully dissolved and pour in a glass container.
In a tall champagne glass squeeze the meyer lemon juice and top with the elderflower syrup, St Germain and champagne. Garnish with meyer lemon zest and herbs.
