Creamy Buko Pandan Shooters (Filipino Inspired Cocktail)

This Filipino inspired cocktail is made with coconut cream and a coconut spirit called Lambanog. It’s finished with some pandan powder.

Ingredients

  • 1 14oz Can Coconut Cream
  • 1 Cup Crushed Ice
  • ⅓ Cup Coconut Spirit or Coconut Rum
  • 1 Teaspoon Pandan Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Desiccated Coconut

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a blender blitz until smooth and pour into shot glasses. Dust with some pandan powder and desiccated coconut.
