1LiterPure Coconut Water make sure there are no added sugars in it
¼CupGround coffee
8-106 inch pandan leaves
¼CupCoconut milk
Instructions
Pour the coconut water into a pitcher and drop in the ground coffee and pandan leaves, mix well until you see the coconut water turn brown. Place in the fridge overnight to steep.
To serve put ice in 4 glasses and strain over the cold brew coffee. Top with coconut milk.
Notes
Pandan leaves can be found frozen at Seafood City or at other Asian Markets.
