This Cold Brew Pandan Infused coffee was inspired by a drink from FOB Kitchen. It’s super refreshing and perfect to drink in the heat.
Pour the coconut water into a pitcher and drop in the ground coffee and pandan leaves, mix well until you see the coconut water turn brown. Place in the fridge overnight to steep.
To serve put ice in 4 glasses and strain over the cold brew coffee. Top with coconut milk.
Pandan leaves can be found frozen at Seafood City or at other Asian Markets.
