5 Ingredient Paleo Jam Bars with Mangosteen Jam

These Paleo Jam Bars are made with almond flour, coconut sugar and almond butter.  Oh and they are also vegan and made with Mangosteen Jam from the Philippines.

Ingredients

  • 2 ⅔ Cup Almond Flour
  • ½ Cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Cup Almond Butter
  • ½ Cup Melted Vegan Butter or Coconut Oil
  • 1 Cup Mangosteen Jam or Any Jam

Instructions

  • First mix together the flour, sugar and salt. Then add in the almond butter and vegan butter. Pour it into the dry flour mixture and mix well. Reserve ½ a cup of the mixture to use a crumble on the top of the bar.
  • Spray and line an 8×8 square pan and press in the mixture. Use your hands to really press it down and make sure it is super packed in.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Take it out of the oven and be careful it’s hot! Spread out the jam over the top and then crumble the remaining mixture over the jam. Bake for a further 10 minutes. Take out of the oven and leave to cool fully before cutting into squares or bars.
  • You can cut them into 9 bigger squares or 18 smaller bars.
