Pre-Heat Oven to 375F and oil the bottom and sides of your 9x13 baking dish
Divide the Afritada Lasagne red sauce and kesong puti mixture into thirds. In a 9×13 pan layer the sauce on the bottom and top with the kesong puti and then put 3 lasagne sheets down over the kesong puti.
Repeat that layer again and end with putting the last third of sauce and kesong puti on top of the last 3 lasagne noodles. Add the remaining cup of mozzarella on top.
Bake in the oven at 375F for 25-30 minutes until the cheese has melted and browned. Leave to rest for 5 minutes to let it set a bit.
Serve Right Away.
