Graham Cracker Milk
- 1 Can Evaporated Milk (12oz)
- 5 Pieces Graham Crackers
Mango Float Halo Halo
- 2 Super Ripe Mangos Peeled and Cubed
- 4 Cups Shaved Ice
- ½ Cup Graham Cracker Milk
- 4 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
- Cinnamon Powder for dusting
Make the Graham Cracker Milk
Make the Mango Float Halo Halo
Place ¼ of the cut mangoes in the bottom of each glass. Then add a cup of ice and push it down a bit to level it out and pour over about 2 tablespoons of the graham cracker milk. The fourth layer will be a scoop of ice cream.
Repeat the mango, ice, milk and ice cream layers one more time. Then finish it off with a sprinkling of cinnamon on top of the vanilla ice cream.
