Mango Float Halo Halo

Graham Cracker Milk

  • 1 Can Evaporated Milk (12oz)
  • 5 Pieces Graham Crackers

Mango Float Halo Halo

  • 2 Super Ripe Mangos Peeled and Cubed
  • 4 Cups Shaved Ice
  • ½ Cup Graham Cracker Milk
  • 4 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Cinnamon Powder for dusting

Instructions

Make the Graham Cracker Milk

  • Place the 12 oz can of evaporated milk and the 5 graham crackers in a blender and blend until super smooth. Transfer to a bowl and place in the fridge to cool.

Make the Mango Float Halo Halo

  • Place ¼ of the cut mangoes in the bottom of each glass. Then add a cup of ice and push it down a bit to level it out and pour over about 2 tablespoons of the graham cracker milk. The fourth layer will be a scoop of ice cream.
  • Repeat the mango, ice, milk and ice cream layers one more time. Then finish it off with a sprinkling of cinnamon on top of the vanilla ice cream.
  • Halo Halo (mix, mix) and enjoy.
