Strawberry Taho

This Strawberry Taho is less on the saucy side and more on the fresh strawberry side. It's sweetened with a few spoons of strawberry jam.

  • 2 6oz glasses

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet Frozen Strawberry Boba
  • ½ Cup Silky Soft Tofu
  • 4 Large Strawberries Diced
  • ½ Cup Soy Milk (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare you strawberry boba according to package directions. Mine said to place in a cup and heat for 1 minute.
  • Dice up your strawberries.
  • Place a spoon of strawberry boba in your serving glasses. Then start layering spoonfuls of silken tofu. Top with fresh diced strawberries. Keep layering the strawberries and tofu until you get to the top of the glass and add the remaining strawberry boba on the top.
  • (Optional) Divide the soy milk between the two glasses.
