Calamansi Juice

This Calamansi Juice is made with tarragon and honey infused water gives it a touch of licorice flavor. The perfect thirst quencher!

Ingredients

Tarragon Infused Water

  • 3 Stalks Fresh Tarragon
  • 2 Cups Water

Calamansi Juice

  • 4 Tablespoons Freshly Squeezed Calamansi Juice
  • 4 Tablespoons Honey

Instructions

  • Make the Tarragon Infused Water. Steep 3 stalks of tarragon in 2 cups of water overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Make the Calamansi Juice. The next day or a few days after take the tarragon stalks out of the water and add in the honey. Mix the honey until it is dissolved in the water. Add in the calamansi juice. Taste and adjust if needed. You can add in more calamansi juice and/or honey to your liking.
    Fill 2 highball glasses with ice and divide the Calamansi Juice into each glass equally. Garnish with a sprig of fresh tarragon.
