Filipino Langka Shake (Jackfruit Shake)
This Filipino Langka Shake or Jackfruit Shake is made with only 4 simple ingredients. All you need to do is blend and drink!

- 6 Pods Super Ripe Langka Frozen
- ¾ Cup Water
- ½ Cup Crushed Ice
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
Add the frozen langka, ice and water to a blender. Blend for 1 minute. If the shake is too thick add a bit more water. Once it is nice and smooth taste a bit with a spoon. If it needs to be sweeter add your sweeter of your choice to your taste. Blend it again for a few seconds until smooth.
To serve pour in a 16 oz glass and drink right away.
