This Raspberry Lychee Taho recipe is made with fresh raspberries, canned lychee and sweet dessert tofu and of course chewy tapioca pearls.

- ¼ Cup Cooked Tapioca Pearls
- ½ Cup Raspberries
- 150g Almond Flavored Dessert Tofu
- ½ Cup Canned Lychee Chilled
Spoon some tapioca pearls as the bottom layer in your serving glass. Top with some fresh raspberries. Then some pieces of lychee. The final layer is some spoons of dessert tofu.
Repeat the layers until you get to the top and decorate with more tapioca and raspberries.
Some flavorful additions:
- Add raspberry jam.
- Pour in soy milk.
- Add a touch of rose water.
- Use lychee flavored tapioca pearls.
