An Easy Decadent Mont Blac Parfait that will amaze your guests.

To make the Chestnut Topping
  • 1 Can Chestnut Paste should be around 400-500g
  • 1 8 oz Container Mascarpone
  • Piping Bag with Large Start Tip
Rest of the Parfait
  • 2 Cups Coco Whip I like to use So Delicious
  • 8 Whole Vanilla Sugar Cookies
  • 16 Pieces Candied Chestnuts
  • 1/2 Cup Red Wine Caramel or Rasberry Jam
  • Gold Leaf or Glitter
  • 8 Glasses
To make the Chestnut Topping
  1. Place the chestnut cream and mascarpone in a large bowl and mix until it's fully incorporated.

  2. Transfer the chestnut topping into a pipping bag and set aside.

To Assemble the Parfait
  1. Lay out all 8 glasses on a table and fill the bottom with one cookie.

  2. Dot the cookie with the red wine caramel or jam and place one candied chestnut on top. 

  3. Top the chestnut with a couple spoons of coco whip and then pipe the chestnut topping on top.

  4. Garnish with another candied chestnut and some gold flakes

  5. Repeat all the steps for each glass.
