Simple Mango Halo Halo Recipe
This Mango Halo Halo recipe is inspired by the Taiwanese Mango Snow Ice Dessert. It's just fresh mango, ice, milk and mango sorbet. So simple, so quick, so easy.

- 1 Whole ripe mango cut into cubes
- 2 Cups Shaved Ice
- ¼ Cup Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Mango Syrup
- 1 Scoop Mango Sorbet or Mango Ice Cream
Layer half the mango cubes on to the bottom of your serving glass. Top it with ice, leaving some gap at the top. Then pour in the milk. Followed by a drizzle of mango syrup.
Add the remaining mango on top. Then fill the rest of the gap with ice. Very lightly push it down. Drizzle more mango syrup over the ice. Then top with a scoop of mango sorbet.
