Strawberries and Cream Halo Halo
Strawberries and Cream Halo Halo with fresh strawberries, strawberry jam and vanilla ice cream. A super simple Halo Halo for the summer heat.

- 2 8oz Glasses
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Strawberry Jam
- 10 Strawberries diced
- 2 Tablespoons Macapuno
- 4 Cups Shaved Ice
- ¼ Cup Milk (can use more if needed)
- 2 Scoops Vanilla or Buko Ice Cream
- 2 Premade Meringue (crushed)
Instructions
- Put a tablespoon of strawberry jam on the bottom of each glass and spread some up on the sides of the glass.
- Next add about 4-5 diced strawberries in each glass. Then add a tablespoon of macapuno on top of the strawberries.
- Now it is time to add the shaved ice. Use 2 cups for each glass. Don't forget to pack it down and pour milk all over. Add more ice if needed along with a bit more milk.Finally finish with a scoop of vanilla or Buko ice cream and the crushed pieces of meringue.
