Ube Halo Halo

This Ube Halo Halo is made with Ube Halaya, Ube ice cream, frozen coconut water and macapuno strings. Serve in a deep Champagne coupe and make it super chic.

Ingredients

  • 8 Tablespoons Ube Halaya
  • 4 Scoops Ube Ice Cream
  • 8 Cups Shaved Frozen Coconut Water
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 4 Tablespoons Macapuno

Instructions

  • Spread 2 tablespoons of Ube halaya all over the bottom of each glass. Making sure it is smooth and even.
  • Add a scoop of Ube Ice Cream on top of the Ube halaya.
  • Top with shaved frozen coconut water. Make sure you pack in the ice and try to shape it into a dome.
  • Pour ¼ cup of coconut milk all over the ice.
  • Top with 1 tablespoon of macapuno.
  • Serve right away.
