Ube Halo Halo

Ube
Halo Halo is made with Ube Halaya,
Ube ice cream
, frozen coconut water and
macapuno
strings. Serve in a deep Champagne coupe and make it super chic.

Ube Halaya

Ube Ice Cream

Shaved Frozen Coconut Water

Coconut Milk

Macapuno
Instructions
Spread 2 tablespoons of Ube halaya all over the bottom of each glass. Making sure it is smooth and even.
Add a scoop of Ube Ice Cream on top of the Ube halaya.
Top with shaved frozen coconut water. Make sure you pack in the ice and try to shape it into a dome.
Pour ¼ cup of coconut milk all over the ice.
Top with 1 tablespoon of
macapuno
.
Serve right away.
