Make with a blender: All you need to do here is add the whole can of coconut evaporated milk and ¼ cup of Ube Cookie Butter. Then blend until smooth. Pour into a clean 16 oz jar with cap and store in the refrigerator until needed.
Make on the stove top: Here you will put the coconut evaporated milk and ¼ cup of Ube Cookie Butter in a sauce pan. Turn the heat to medium and whisk until the cookie butter has melted into the milk. Use for hot lattes and hot chocolate. Store any left overs in a clean jar with cap and store in the refrigerator until needed.
