Very Pretty Very Vegan Nachos

Very Pretty Very Vegan Nachos

Serves 1 person

Ingredients

  • 12 Siete Chips
  • 1/2 Cup Heidi Ho Vegan Cheese
  • 1/4 Avocado Sliced
  • 1 Teaspoon Capers
  • 1 Teaspoon Quick Pickled Onions slice onions thin, place in jar and cover with white vinegar
  • Your Choice of Hot Sauce
  • Handful of Cherry Tomatoes Sliced
  • Handful of Micro Greens and Edible Flowers

Instructions

  • Get a plate and layer the chips on the bottom, top with the cheese and sprinkle capers and hot sauce. Garnish with pickled onions, tomato and micro greens/flowers. Enjoy!
