For a quick snack attack I highly recommend these very filling and nourishing Very Pretty Very Vegan Nachos. Stock up on these essentials in your pantry and you will have a go-to snack or light meal ready to go.
Ingredients
- 12 Siete Chips
- ½ Cup Heidi Ho Vegan Cheese
- ¼ Avocado Sliced
- 1 Teaspoon Capers
- 1 Teaspoon Quick Pickled Onions slice onions thin, place in jar and cover with white vinegar
- Your Choice of Hot Sauce
- Handful of Cherry Tomatoes Sliced
- Handful of Micro Greens and Edible Flowers
Instructions
- Get a plate and layer the chips on the bottom, top with the cheese and sprinkle capers and hot sauce. Garnish with pickled onions, tomato and micro greens/flowers. Enjoy!

FIRST of all LOVE LOVE siete tortillas. Second of all love that you made vegan nachos and that they are completely gluten free and vegan. As someone who is dairy free and also gluten free it is great to find recipes.
