Whipped Kesong Puti with Calamansi Marmalade and pili nuts. The Filipino version of the whipped cheese trend.
Whipped Kesong Puti
I've been seeing so many whipped cheese videos on reels that I had to do a Filipino version. Most of the cheese used was Brie, but in this instance we are going to use Kesong Puti. You do have to make the cheese first but it's so easy. You can find that recipe here.
The Whipped Kesong Puti is then topped with calamansi marmalade and pili nuts. It's so good!
What you will need
- Kesong Puti - make the recipe first
- Calamansi Marmalade - I used this marmalade from Pika Pika
- Pili Nuts - these are the easiest ones to get.
How to Make Whipped Kesong Puti
All you need is a food processor and you are good to go. An alternative is to whip the keso with a wooden spoon. That will take much longer.
To make it place the Kaesong puti in a food processor and blend for 3-5 minutes until the keso is nice and soft and fluffy.
Transfer the whipped Kesong Puti into a serving dish.
How to Serve
To serve the whipped keso drizzle a few spoons of calamansi marmalade on top and then and some chopped pili nuts to finish.
Serve with some Skyflakes on the side. That's it! So simple.
