It’s National Lumpia Day! I have rounded up all of my lumpia recipes as well as some of my friends. Enjoy the variety!

Lumpia Recipe Round Up
These recipes touch on the traditional lumpia recipes with some modern twists.
Fresh Lumpia with Cashew Date Sauce
We do have a Lumpia recipe that is not deep fried. It’s called Lumpiang Sariwa or fresh lumpia. In this recipe I share my mom’s filling and rolled it in some coconut wraps and served it with a cashew date sauce.

Lumpia Cups
If you want to avoid rolling hundreds of lumpia make these lumpia cups instead. The wrappers are baked crisp and filled with stir fried diced vegetables. Serve with vinegar mixed with garlic, salt and black pepper.

Easy AF Lumpia
This lumpia is a fusion of culture and flavors. The filling is made with vegan Massala and baked in the oven. It’s dipped in date and tamarind sauce.

For a more traditional take on the lumpia try these mini lumpia called Lumpiang Shanghai from Liren, the woman behind Kitchen Confidante.

Turon Baklava (Banana Lumpia Baklava)
Turon is a banana lumpia that is traditionally made by deep frying the lumpia with brown sugar. In this version we take all the ingredients and make turon a little bit easier by using the layering method of Baklava.

Sweet and Savory Lumpia from Six Snippets
This nice combo is from Six Snippets. Valerie Six – yes that is her real name gives you recipes for both sweet and savory lumpia. One to start the meal with and another to finish the meal on a sweet note.
