    Palabok 4 Ways

Did you know that Palabok is very versatile? Here are 4 different ways you can enjoy the flavor of Palabok.

    Palabok 4 Ways

Palabok is my favorite Pancit ever. It's the noodle dish that I request my Mom to make me for my birthday. The sauce is just so creamy and I love all the toppings that you can add to make it your own.

For me however the more Tinapa the better!

    Super Sosyal Pancit Palabok

Of course the first Palabok recipe is the traditional noodle version. This one uses smoked trout instead of tinapa, mainly because of availability. If you can't find the original ingredient it's very okay to find a replacement.

    Palabok Potato Salad

This potato salad recipe actually started my experimentation with the flavors of Palabok. The potatoes make a great noodle replacement and this version is so much quicker to make.

A Filipino party favorite has been remade into a new summer staple.  Palabok Potato Salad is made with mayo spiked with patis (fish sauce) and topped with some smokey flaked fish, diced boiled egg, crushed chicharon, crispy garlic chips and green onions.

    Palabok Egg Sandwhich

This Palabok Egg Sando uses the flavor profiles and toppings you would find in a Palabok noodle dish, made into an egg salad and sandwiched in fresh baked Malunggay Bread. Sarap!

    Palabok Deviled Eggs

Palabok Deviled Eggs are so easy to make, but packs oh so much flavor. You can even am it up even more by adding crab roe to the mayo mix.

Inspired by the Filipino Noodle dish Palabok. These Palabok Deviled Egg’s come together in under 30 minutes. All you need are 6 eggs, mayo and seasonings that are already in your pantry. Add some smoked fish on the top and this fancy app is good to go.
