    Peach Mango Taho Recipe

    Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

This Peach Mango Taho recipe uses instant boba mixed with sweet tofu, diced canned peaches and fresh mango. It's super easy and super fast and super sarap.

Peach Mango Taho in a glass on a wooden coaster.

Honestly this recipe came about because I saw Mango Instant Boba at my local grocery store. Initially I was just going to do just a Mango Taho, but then I thought why not Jollibee it up and do a Peach Mango Taho instead.

Was not disappointed by that decision. While I was photographing I ate a spoonful and finished it in under 1 minute. Ha. Granted not that many photos were taken after that.

It was probably the canned peaches with the syrup that did me in.

    Ingredients

This is what you will need to make Peach Mango Taho.

Mango Instant Boba - I used the brand Bobabam. It's not so sweet they use mango puree and have the best boba texture. If you know what QQ is then you pass my vibe test. Anyway look for instant boba that is made in Taiwan. They make it the best.

Dessert Tofu - In my previous Taho recipe I used silky tofu. It's good but using sweetened silky tofu is even better. Try to find it at your local Asian grocery store. For me it's 99 Ranch. They have it in the dairy section with the yogurts.

Canned Peaches - You know what I haven't had canned peaches in so long. It's still as good as ever. Find a can where the peaches are already diced.

Fresh Mango - Dice up the most ripe mango you can find. It will make a difference.
