This is a fun way to use your new sprinkles, if you are ever running out of ideas. Throw them in some Matcha Funfetti Rice Krispy Treats! These are super simple to make. All you need are some vegan marshmallows, vegan butter, brown rice puffs and matcha powder.
First you melt the butter and marshmallows together in a very big pot. I mean very big as you will need space to stir. Once the butter and marshmallows have melted add in the matcha powder.
Now the arm workout begins. Add in the brown rice puffs and some RK Sprinkles and mix until all the puffs have been coated with the matcha mixture.
I pressed the krispies into a sheet pan and dusted it with more matcha powder and sprinkles. I took it a step further and cut out some circles with a cookie cutter. You can totally skip that part and just cut into squares.

Place the rice and sprinkles in a large bowl and place next to the stove. In a medium sauce pan add in all the marshmallows and the vegan butter. Turn the heat up to medium/low to melt the marshmallows slowly. You have to watch it so it doesn't burn.
Once the marshmallows have melted into the butter mix well, add the matcha powder and mix well again. Then dump the brown rice in the marshmallow mixture. Use a wooden spoon to mix well and fast. Once all the rice is coated with the marshmallow mix pour in the pan and press down to flatten the treats to make them even.
Cool in the pan for about an hour then dust with more matcha powder and sprinkles. Cut into circles or squares.
