Earthy, sweet, crunchy, chewy, these Matcha Funfetti Rice Krispy Treats are the perfect way to enjoy your new RK Sprinkles limited edition sprinkle kit.
To all the people who have ordered a Limited Edition Sprinkle Kit, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. If you didn’t hear, I have decided to donate all the proceeds to RAICES to help re-unify families who have been ripped apart. I don’t ever talk politics on here, but it’s more than that. Children need their Parents and Parents need their Children. That’s that. There are still kits available to accept your donation. Now let’s get to this Matcha Funfetti Rice Krispy Treats recipe shall we.
This is a fun way to use your new sprinkles, if you are ever running out of ideas. Throw them in some Matcha Funfetti Rice Krispy Treats! These are super simple to make. All you need are some vegan marshmallows, vegan butter, brown rice puffs and matcha powder.
First you melt the butter and marshmallows together in a very big pot. I mean very big as you will need space to stir. Once the butter and marshmallows have melted add in the matcha powder.
Now the arm workout begins. Add in the brown rice puffs and some RK Sprinkles and mix until all the puffs have been coated with the matcha mixture.
I pressed the krispies into a sheet pan and dusted it with more matcha powder and sprinkles. I took it a step further and cut out some circles with a cookie cutter. You can totally skip that part and just cut into squares.
There you have it! Super easy Matcha Funfetti Rice Krispy Treats.

(Editors Note: I have been told the correct way to spell it is with a K, so I changed it for this post but left it with a C in the previous recipe.
