    Ube Mont Blanc

    I think this is the best way to use up left over Ube Halaya. Make it fancy by mixing it with marscapone and piping it on a calamansi cookie. It looks difficult, but not really.

    Ube Tortillas

    Who says Ube is limited to sweet desserts? Don't forget on its own, it can be just used as a yam. Here it's mixed with cassava flour and salt to make Ube Tortillas. It will give Taco Tuesday a touch more of color and Filipino Flavor!

    Ube Tiramisu

    I have made a few Ube recipes for Sarap Now and this one is my absolute favorite. It uses a Filipino cookie called Broas, which is the Filipino equivalent to Lady Fingers. The cookies dipped in coconut milk spiked with Kasama Rum. Then it's layered with Ube Cookie butter and dusted with a thick layer of Ube Polvoron. Drool. Make this Boozy Ube Tiramisu for every family gathering.

    This is for all the non-bakers out there who are on a mission to impress. First of all, this is a no-bake recipe. All you do is dip broas cookies in some rum-spiked (we used Kasama Rum) coconut milk, and then layer it with a creamy Ninong's Ube Cookie Butter. Then, finish it all off with some whipped cream and a bag of crushed Ube Polvoron. Dang. You are officially the hero of the party! Even your Tita will ask for the recipe.

    Ube Pie

    Another recipe developed for Sarap Now. A no bake Ube Pie made with a crust made with Ube Otap and filled with Ube Cookie butter mixed with marscapone. Then topped with coconut whip and Ube Polvoron.

    Ube Sheet Cake

    This cake uses cake box mix and the flavors of Sapin Sapin. Coconut, Ube and langka (jackfruit) are marbled in the batter and topped with an Ube frosting.
