Herby Beet Gin & Tonic Cocktail Recipe

The earthly flavor of the beet juice mixed with the citrus pop of lime is a great base for an

Herby Beet Gin & Tonic Cocktail.

    The New New Beet Lime

I've partnered up for the second time with my favorite Kombucha makers Health-ade to create this Herby Beet Gin & Tonic Cocktail Recipe.  It's a new flavor they just released for fall and I have to say I am in love.  Look at the color alone.  It's so freaking festive.

Herby Beet Gin & Tonic Cocktail Recipe

This recipe is a cocktail for one, but it's so easy to scale to a crowd because all you need is an extra splash of Gin and your favorite tonic water.  The herbs are more of a garnish, but as you take a sip you get a little herbal note, that just rounds out the cocktail perfectly.

These are all the herbs that I have in my garden that I used for this cocktail:

    • Mint
    • Lemon Verbena
    • Thyme
    • Basil

To make the cocktail fill a glass with ice and then pour over some of the Beet-Lime Kombucha.  Up to ¾ of the glass and then add a splash of gin and tonic to your taste.  That's it, so very easy.  Garnish with the herbs of your choice and add an edible flower.
