Mango Float Halo Halo made with graham cracker milk, fresh mangoes and vanilla ice cream.

    Mango Float Halo Halo

Yes! Mango Float and Halo Halo together, because why not? Instead of softening the graham crackers overnight, we are going to speed things up by blending it with evaporated milk. Mixed with the fresh mangoes, vanilla ice cream and shaved ice. It's a great pairing for these hot months.

How to Make Graham Cracker Milk

You are going to need one 12oz can of evaporated milk and about 5 pieces of graham crackers. Place the milk and the crackers in a blender and blend until super smooth.

How to make graham cracker milk

Pour it into a bowl and place in the fridge to chill. You can make this a day or two ahead and just leave in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it.

Ingredients for the Mango Float Halo Halo

Mangoes - The ripest you can get is the best! You are going to use one mango per serving.

Vanilla Ice Cream - Because it's minimal ingredients try to get the best vanilla ice cream out there. You will need 2 scoops of ice cream per serving.

Graham Cracker Milk - This just makes it a mango float and it carries over the flavor of the graham crackers. It's mind bending.

    And of course shaved ice.

Optional Adds - You can also add a drizzle of condensed milk, if you prefer it to be on the sweeter side. This is optional and I didn't add it in. Another optional add-in is cinnamon powder for topping on the second scoop of vanilla ice cream.

How to Make Mango Float Halo Halo

First cut your mango into cubes. Place half the mango slices in the glass for your first layer. Add a cup of ice and push it down a bit to level it out and pour over 2 tablespoons of the graham cracker milk. The fourth layer will be a scoop of ice cream.

Repeat the mango, ice, milk and ice cream layers one more time.

Then finish it off with a sprinkling of cinnamon on top of the vanilla ice cream.

    Cinnamon dusted vanilla ice cream.

All there is left to do is to halo halo and enjoy.
