    Halo Halo and Ice Desserts

Halo Halo is one of the most famous desserts from the Philippines. Traditionally it is made with sweetened beans like chickpeas and white and red beans. It can also have other preserved fruits like kaong, nata de coco and macapuno.

The piece de resistance is the topping of Ube Ice Cream and Leche Flan and of course lots of shaved ice.

Here we try different combinations of fruit, ice cream and other toppings. Give them a try!

    Shave Ice Machine

Many of you asked which is the best shave ice machine to use at home. This is it! You can use both the mold or just regular ice cubes to make shave ice. I've had mine for over 15 years already.
