Strawberry Lemonade

This Rosewater Strawberry Lemonade Spritzer is probably the prettiest drink I’ve made and it’s perfect to drink right now in California.  Today it’s 78 Degrees in my part of the Bay Area.  Spring has come early just in time for Valentines / Galentines Day!

You can keep it a mocktail and serve little cups of it at a children’s valentines party or give it a little spunk with a shot of vodka or lemon liqueur with your gals.

Big Island Organics

I used Big Island Organics Island Lemonade as the base of this Rosewater Strawberry Lemonade Spritzer.  It’s made just made with filtered water, lemon juice and sweetened slightly with agave.

The strawberry lemonade is colored naturally with some hibiscus tea and garnished with dried rose buds, lemon slices, mint and strawberry hearts.
